Use of Logo & Name
- You grant us the right to display your company logo and name on our official platforms (website, social media, event collaterals, publications, etc.) to highlight our collaboration.
- Your logo will be used respectfully, without alteration, and only to showcase collaboration.

Acknowledgment as Collaborating Partner
- Your organization’s name may be listed as a “Collaborating Partner” or “Knowledge Partner” in our official communications and signature lines.
- We will never represent your company as a sponsor or financial contributor unless separately agreed.

Non-Financial Nature
- This collaboration is free of cost and does not involve any financial obligation from either side.
- The purpose is to create a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and mutual growth.

Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property (presentations, talks, research, or resources) shared by your organization remains your sole property.
- We may share such content only with your prior written consent and with full credit to your organization.

Mutual Respect & Integrity
- Both parties agree to collaborate in good faith, uphold professional standards, and avoid any activity that may harm either party’s reputation.

Right to Withdraw
- Either party may end the collaboration at any time with written notice.
- In such cases, your logo and name will be removed from our platforms within a reasonable timeframe.
